Press Release Summary = Dialogic introduces new signaling products for SS7 over IP
networks and AdvancedTCA platforms

Press Release Body = CHICAGO and SINGAPORE - June 18, 2007 - Dialogic Corporation
("Dialogic"), a global leader in providing world-class products and technologies for
media processing, today announced the worldwide availability of new Dialogic SS7,
Dialogic SIGTRAN and Dialogic AdvancedTCA products for the Value Added
Services (VAS) market at both NXTcomm, taking place in Chicago and CommunicAsia,
taking place in Singapore. These products are designed to increase the market reach
for VAS developers with improved protocol interoperability, additional hardware
support, and new signaling features.

In the continuing evolution of SS7 networks, VAS developers are constantly
challenged to deliver solutions in a variety of network configurations using both
traditional and emerging technologies. "Even though an application may not exploit
the features of a new SS7 or SIGTRAN protocol or the performance of a new form
factor, developers must still be able to interoperate with significant
variations in network topology," commented Jim Machi, Vice President of Marketing
for Dialogic.

"The focus of the new products and upgrades announced this month is to provide our
customers the means to broaden their options for pursuing service provider business
with their existing applications."

Dialogic's implementation of SIGTRAN M3UA has been enhanced to enable peer-to-peer
connectivity as well as gateway operations. Dialogic's release of BICC support will
expand an application's interoperability with TDM, IP and ATM networks. According to
Wind Mobile, the addition of M3UA peer-to-peer capability has already paid
significant dividends. "With M3UA peer-to-peer support, we have been able to fully
comply with the requirements of two new customers. Today SIGTRAN is a must-have, and
peer-to-peer support is very welcome. The cutting edge technology from Dialogic
helps us in winning new projects," said Simon Slupik, Chief Executive Officer of
Wind Mobile.

The enhanced protocols are available for use on the application host as well as the
Dialogic SS7G21 and Dialogic SS7G22 Signaling Servers. The SS7G22 Signaling Server
takes on a new dimension because the enhanced protocols allow its configuration as
an IP Signaling Server supporting BICC, M3UA and M2PA. The resulting 2U RMS system
provides a shared, high-availability, high-performance connection over IP for
multiple applications running on multiple servers. If a deployed solution needs TDM
as well as IP, the IP Signaling Server can be expanded with protocol-accelerating
SS7 TDM cards removing the need for additional, separate signaling gateways.

VAS developers, who use SS7 call monitoring technology, can activate an application
on all-IP networks by using the Dialogic SIGTRAN Monitor, a software-only version
of the monitoring features of Dialogic's SS7 hardware.

Rounding out the market-expanding products announced this month by Dialogic is a new
interface card for AdvancedTCA configurations. The Dialogic SS7AM1 mezzanine card
extends Dialogic's signaling solutions to AdvancedTCA blades and chassis in addition
to existing low- and high-density PCI, CompactPCI, and RMS systems. The SS7AM1 card
supports 124 low-speed or 4 high-speed SS7 links to deliver scalable Value Added
Services such as messaging, prepaid calling, roaming, video portal and CRBT. It also
runs in high-impedance mode to enable SS7 or HDLC monitoring applications.

Dialogic signaling products use Dialogic's Signaling Distributed Architecture
(SigDiA) to support automatic failover, load sharing and signaling offload. With the
new SIGTRAN and AdvancedMC products, SigDiA better positions Dialogic customers to
take advantage of today's ever-changing service provider opportunities.
